Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 1000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Approx 24 kDa band observed in H460, Human Testis and Brainlysates (predicted MW of 24 kDa according to NP_057292.1). Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Testis, stains acrosomalhead caps in round spermatids.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
